Travel Entry Protocols At A Glance
- All travelers must have a Pure Safe Travel Authorization in order to travel to Grenada
- All travelers over the age of 5 are required to have a negative PCR test* taken within 72 hours of travel to Grenada.

Fully Vaccinated Travelers
Travelers are required to:
Be fully vaccinated*
Present proof of a valid negative COVID-19 standard RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to travel from an accredited or recognized laboratory by a healthcare provider.
A COVID-19 standard PCR test will be done at the airport on arrival in Grenada.
Dispatch will provide a designated transportation provider for transfer from the airport to their approved accommodation at the traveler’s expense.
While awaiting the on-island COVID-19 standard PCR test result, travelers will be restricted to their approved accommodation for up to 48 hours, where they should follow the guidelines of the accommodation until they receive their negative test result.
On notice of a negative COVID-19 standard PCR test result and clearance by Ministry of Health officials, travelers will be free to enjoy the island using Approved Tourism Service Providers.
On notice of a positive test result, travellers will have to remain at the Pure Safe travel accommodation (unless advised otherwise by MOH) and repeat a COVID-19 PCR test in 5 – 7 days. Release will be determined according to their result and the clinical assessment.
*Travelers will be considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines or after 2 weeks after a single dose vaccine such as; Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine.
Unvaccinated Travelers
A traveler will be considered to be unvaccinated if:
- They have not been vaccinated at all,
- They are unable to produce evidence of vaccination, or the evidence of vaccination produced is questionable and the validity of the same must be authenticated and confirmed.
- They have been vaccinated using a vaccine that is not on the approved list of vaccines.
- They have only received one dose of a two dose regimen.
- A period of 14 days has not yet elapsed since administration of their second dose of a two dose regimen or in the case of vaccines requiring one dose, their single dose of this regimen.
- All unvaccinated travelers will undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on day 5 of your stay at your Pure Safe travel accommodation.Note: PCR results are usually ready within 1 – 2 working days. You are NOT cleared from quarantine until you have received official notice from Ministry of Health officials.
- On notice of a negative COVID-19 standard PCR test result and clearance by Ministry of Health officials, travelers will be free to enjoy the island using Approved Tourism Service Providers.
- Upon notice of a positive test result, travellers will have to remain at the Pure Safe travel accommodation (unless advised otherwise by MOH) and repeat a COVID-19 PCR test in 5 – 7 days. Release will be determined according to their result and the clinical assessment.
